The collection and storage of personal information is necessary to ensure that we are able to maintain relationships and contacts with customers and suppliers. In the process of conducting our business it is necessary to have complete, accurate and up-to-date information regarding our clients, in particular. This information will generally be collected directly from your organization or from a representative, or via online forms.

Use of Information
The information that is collected regarding you or your organization is required primarily to maintain our client-consultant relationship. For example it may be necessary for Cornerstone Computing to make contact with a client in the future, either for further consulting purposes, or to receive feedback or to inform clients about seminars and offers that may be applicable to an organization.
If at any time you or you organization decides not to supply information, Cornerstone Computing may be unable to supply its full range of services.

Security and Storage of Information
All information will be stored electronically in the client database. This database may also be held in hard copy format such as paper-based records.
At no time will information regarding you or your organization be shared outside our organization without your permission. Authorized access to client information requires employee usernames and passwords; all employees are required to sign a confidentiality agreement ensuring the privacy and protection of client and employer data.
If at any time information becomes outdated or no longer necessary, it may be deleted from our records

Information we store
If you would like to view your personal information Cornerstone Computing is happy to oblige. However it is not our policy to mail or email personal or confidential information to clients. Rather an appointment can be made, at a time that is convenient to you and your organization, to view this information.
