IT Support Officer

Full Time Position

Cornerstone is a rapidly growing, progressive, Australian owned business, looking for an IT Support Officer. Cornerstone was established in 2000 and is a privately owned, value-based company. Cornerstone is an equal opportunity employer.

The position will suit an Information Systems professional with technical knowledge of Windows based computing.

Key duties and responsibilities

• Administering a Windows 2003 network and Exchange 2003 mail system
• Providing desktop support and troubleshooting.
• Producing technical and operational documentation.
• Updating the company’s intranet and internet sites.
• Essential Requirements

You will need to have solid knowledge of Windows 2000/XP, Active Directory, Exchange, Outlook, FrontPage and all MS Office products.
At least 12 months experience in a technical support role

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• A commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Victorian driver licence.
   

Desirable Attributes

• Microsoft Certified Professional
• Degree or Diploma in I.T. related field
• Remuneration is negotiable. Package 36K to 45K
